Boutique asset manager MPC Investors has brought two total return funds to the UK market. The group is looking to push into the intermediary market with its convertible bond and multi-asset offerings. MPC Global Convertibles will invest in convertible bonds which the group said capture much of the upside in equity markets while protecting against the downside. MPC Strategic Reserve has a target return of cash plus 3% and invests in bonds, equities and convertible bonds.
