BNY Mellon Asset Management has launched a global property fund under real estate specialist, Urdang Capital Management. Mellon Global Property Securities fund aims to outperform its FTSE EPRA/NA Reit Global benchmark by 2-3% each year. Launched on 23 April, the portfolio of 50-75 holdings includes publicly traded companies whose principal business is the ownership, management and/or development of income producing and for-sale real estate properties.
