US investment group Brown Advisory has opened a London office as a base for its expanding operations in Europe. The group will initially promote a US large-cap, value portfolio to U.K. clients through a Dublin-based UCITS vehicle. The fund is managed by Richard Bernstein and mirrors a $1.2bn portfolio offered to US investors. The office will be headed up by Brown Advisory director Logie Fitzwilliams.
