Unicorn is issuing further shares in its Aim VCTS to offer investors access to more mature vehicles not affected by the recent Budget rulings. Peter Walls, managing director of the small-cap specialist firm, said last year’s Budget rules may have deterred further Aim VCT launches. Therefore, for investors that do want access to Aim in a tax-efficient way, Unicorn is launching a top-up scheme for its Aim VCT I and Series II shares as well as Aim VCT 2 ordinary and C-shares.
