Less than half of advisers claim to use fund supermarkets, according to a survey as part of the Sesame Service Index. Out of the 341 IFAs that took part, only 165 said that they used the platforms. However, when ranking the groups on the service they provide, Skandia, Fidelity FundsNetwork and Cofunds came first, second and third, respectively. The Service Index collated results in such a way that eliminated any size bias and asked advisers to rank fund supermarkets on a scale of one to five and either Premier League or Relegation Zone.
