Lloyds TSB will invest between £300m - £400m into Julius Baer's Absolute Return Bond fund. It is expected that up to 5% of future inflows into this service will also be allocated to the portfolio, which will sit in its discretionary service. The fund uses an unleveraged long/short approach to deliver absolute returns over the medium term by investing in fixed income instruments across a wide variety of maturities, credits, sectors, countries and currencies.
