Hugh Hendry’s Eclectica boutique is to launch its first global retail fund in the first half of 2008. The group currently runs an institutional global mandate for Belgrave Capital Management and plans to bring a Ucits III version, dubbed Global Opportunities, to the market in the coming months. The fund will be the fourth retail offering from the boutique set up by former Odey Asset Management partners Hugh Hendry and Simon Batten in September 2005.
