Standish is considering launching a Global Unconstrained Bond Strategy in the coming months.
The vehicle aims to take advantage of growing opportunities in global fixed income using a multi-sector approach. The strategy’s investment universe will include corporate, agency and government bonds from developed and emerging economies as well as futures, structured products and convertible bonds. An illustrative portfolio suggests the vehicle will invest in around 152 issues and will have almost half its allocation (48%) in the financial sector, mortgages second highest at 21.4% and utilities third highest with a 7.9% allocation.
