Michael Markham is no longer running money for Investec after handing over the £42m Monthly High Income fund to newcomer Peter Burbank. Head of credit research in London, Burbank will co-manage the portfolio with Chris O'Hare, who has been with Investec for nine years, focusing on high yield and UK fixed income for a variety of clients. Burbank joins from Merrill Lynch, where he was a director in credit research, before which he worked at Pictet Asset Management and JP Morgan.
