Henderson Global Investors has confirmed the final line-up of managers running all New Star funds brought over as part of its acquisition of the £107m group. Fund names will be confirmed by the end of next month with mergers expected where significant duplication of mandates exists or fund sizes render them uneconomical. While a select group of New Star staff are expected to share in a £4.2m retention package - comprising around £2.9m cash and £1.34m of new shares, to be paid after 30 September.
