Former F&C manager Rupert Brandt is to join Findlay Park to work on the firm's US Smaller Companies fund ahead of its renaming as American Smaller Companies. Although the group has no plans to launch a Latin American fund for Brandt, founder James Findlay said he believes North American funds will need to increase their exposure to the Mexican region. Brandt was James Findlay's deputy when the pair worked at F&C.
