Ignis joint venture Argonaut Capital has today opened its long-awaited European Absolute Return fund, the first new launch for the boutique since 2005. Managed by Barry Norris, the vehicle expects to hold a high-conviction portfolio of 50 long and short equity positions, utilising a variety of asset classes and derivative instruments to deliver a total return.
