Aegon UK is to take a stake in one more intermediary firm in February to round off its acquisition phase at 10. David Henderson, group chief executive at Aegon UK, said: 'We are close to finalising phase one of our acquisition strategy regarding distributor firms. We will announce one further acquisition in February and then close the formal search for businesses. However, we will still be open to people coming to us.'
