Martin Cobb has stepped down as lead manager of the Templeton Growth Oeic having relocated to Toronto for personal reasons.
Dylan Ball has been promoted from back-up manager on the fund to lead manager and continues to be assisted by Peter Moeschter and Heather Arnold. Meanwhile, Cobb will continue to control the Templeton Global (Euro) Fund Sicav and the Templeton UK Equity Oeic, supported by Ball, Moeschter and Arnold. As the investment process for the Templeton Growth fund is remaining unchanged, the fund has retained its OBSR A rating. Over three months the performance of Templeton Growth is flat against the IMA Global Growth sector’s average returns of 2.6%, according to Morningstar.
