Thames River has appointed Gaurav Bamania as assistant fund manager on its UK Absolute Income fund.
Bamania, previously at Emergant Asset Management, will work alongside lead manager Joel Amsellem, who moved to Thames River when the boutique took over the fund’s management from Quantum in June. Former Quantum CEO Mark Mathias will remain with Thames River temporarily to oversee the fund's transition.
