Scott McKenzie, manager of the Martin Currie UK Equity Income fund, is to leave the investment manager.
McKenzie will hand over the running of his £21m fund to Ross Watson, director and portfolio manager of UK growth and income portfolios at Martin Currie, with whom he has worked closely for four years. The firm says McKenzie will spend the next two months working on a handover before taking a break from the industry.
