Standard Life Investments (SLI) is to launch a closed-ended pan European property recovery vehicle in the coming months.
The SLI Property Recovery fund, to be managed by Will Fulton, and will aim to produce an annualised 12% return investing in commercial property across Europe and the UK. "The fund has been specifically structured to provide professional investors with the opportunity to capitalise on our expectations for a recovery in property market returns," SLI investment director Barry MacLennan says.
