J O Hambro Capital Management has recruited Emery Brewer and Ivo St. Kovachev to launch its Global Emerging Markets fund.
Brewer previously managed the Driehaus Capital Management' $575m Emerging Markets Growth fund, while St. Kovachev spent 10 years working at Driehaus, where he co-managed the $365m Driehaus International Discovery fund. He also worked with Brewer in the management of the Driehaus' Emerging Markets Growth and was lead manager of the Driehaus European Opportunities fund.
