BNY Mellon Asset Management has announced the untimely death of Maurice Wren, the group's head of investment solutions.
Wren died on Saturday surrounded by his family after suffering a stroke while at work last week. BNY Mellon Asset Management vice chairman Jon Little says Wren was a very popular member of the team and was well known within the European asset management industry. "We were all deeply upset to receive the news of Maurice's death. It came as a great shock to his family, friends and work colleagues," Little says.
