Scottish Widows Investment Partnership is in exclusive talks to acquire property from BAA Airports.
Reuters reports Morgan Stanley is advising on the transaction of about £400m worth of airport hangars, warehouses and offices. The assets are pooled in a BAA unit known as Airports Property Partnership. A TORY GOVERNMENT would scrap the 50p tax rate for top earners - but not until at least 2012, George Osborne has indicated. The shadow chancellor said the Conservatives viewed the levy on those earning above £150,000 as "temporary".
