Property Bravo ramping up £1m global portfolio

The Rocksure Property Bravo fund has just bought a new property in Marrakech as its approaches its final closing.

Its purchase is a 700sqm villa near the Moroccan city, adding to properties it already owns in Colorado, Portugal and Croatia. The fund, which has so far raised around £5m, also plans to buy villas in Brazil, and Thailand. Property Bravo invests in luxury villas around the world averaging in £1m. Investors are allowed to stay in the properties for up to four weeks per year for each unit they hold in the fund.
