Premier's Alex Ross is bullish on the outlook for the central London office rental market predicating demand will outstrip supply
The manager of the £50m Pan Europe Property Share fund says the global financial crisis has led to a lack of office space at a time when global corporates are looking for new headquarters. “We are in a situation we have never seen before.
