River and Mercantile (R&M) launches its Global High Income fund this week for manager Alex O'Reilly.
The fund is the third to be rolled out for the global equity team, founded by Alex Stanic. It follows the launch of the £86.5m Global Opportunities and £3.1m Global Equity funds, which have both achieved top-quartile performance since launch in October 2009. The 50-80 stock multi-cap Global High Income portfolio will launch with 61 positions and share 60% of its holdings with the rest of the global range.
