Henderson to merge away five vehicles in fund range revamp

Henderson plans to merge away five of its retail funds as the group implements a widespread rationalisation and revamp of its product range a year on from acquiring New Star.

The group will merge away five vehicles and also change the objective and name on a number of other products across both single strategy and multi-manager funds. Henderson's Growth & Income will merge into the Higher Income and will continue to be managed by Graham Kitchen and Andy Jones. UK Growth, managed by Trevor Green, will merge into Henderson UK Alpha and will be managed by Stephen Peak.
