Buffett warns on inflation and Greek 'high drama'

Warren Buffett has outlined concerns about significant global inflation, while the legendary investor also believes the Greek debt crisis has the potential for "high drama".

Speaking at Berkshire's annual shareholders meeting, Buffett says inflation could return strongly following the widespread global economic intervention and the record low interest rates, Reuters reports. "The prospects for significant inflation have increased, not only here, but around the world," Buffett says. "It would not work forever to run huge budget deficits and easy money." Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway vehicle has a large share of its fortunes tied to the euro, largely from investments in European companies.
