Warren Buffett has hinted his Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate will pay a dividend in the future.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Buffett said there will come a time when Berkshire can not "intelligently use 100% of the capital" it generates internally. "There is a limit," Buffett said. "There comes a point where the numbers get too big." The exchange came near the end of the lengthy shareholder meeting on Saturday, when Buffett was asked what question he was surprised not to have received during the six-hour Q&A session.
