Jupiter readies convertible funds for ex-RWC pair

Jupiter is readying the first funds for convertible bond and multi-asset specialists Miles Geldard and Lee Manzi who joined from RWC Partners earlier this year.

The Strategic Total Return and Global Convertibles funds will launch on 1 October. Strategic Total Return will seek to generate absolute returns by investing across asset classes including bonds, money market instruments, convertibles, equities and foreign exchange. Equity exposure will not exceed 40%, duration will be a maximum of five years, and non-base currency exposure will be capped at 30%.
