Apollo Multi Asset Management has recruited Ian Willings as senior fund manager.
In his new role, Willings will assist in the running of the group's £60m Balanced and £54m Cautious funds, headed up by Tom McGrath and Steve Brann respectively. Willings joins from Stephens Fund Management where he was an investment manager and research analyst for the group's discretionary portfolio management service. The appointment marks a move by Apollo to increase its presence in the intermediary space, having seen its assets under management surge to £200m in less than two years.
