Harris: Bondholders will lose money in the next decade

Henderson's Mark Harris has warned investors in fixed income funds will lose money over the next ten years.

The head of multi-manager likens the strong demand for bond funds to the craze for technology funds a decade ago. "We have had the best part of a 27-year bond bull market and I am of the belief we are at the tail end of the bond bull market," he says. "It is fascinating to see the public in the US and UK pour billions into bonds and corporate bonds.
