River & Mercantile's Alex O'Reilly has his highest weighting to the US relative to history as a result of low valuations in the country.
Over 37% of the Global Opportunities fund is exposed to the US, the most since he has been working with Alex Stanic and the global equity team that joined River & Mercantile from Newton last year. O’Reilly said not much of his US weighting is in the pure domestic economy but is instead skewed towards multi-nationals in the country that were attractively valued, and the oil and gas sector.
