S&W adds share classes to Short-Dated Corp Bond

Smith & Williamson has added euro and dollar share classes to its popular Short-Dated Corporate Bond fund.

Director of marketing and sales Nick Hodgson says there has been considerable demand from discretionary investors for additional currency classes in the £190m fund, which is managed by Chris Lynas and Ian Kenny. "Wealth managers are already using the fund to help make their cash and near-cash holdings work harder, and many have said they would like dollar and euro classes for certain clients. We are very pleased to have these new share classes available," Hodgson says. The minimum investments in the new share classes are $400k and €300k respectively, while the AMC is 0.65%.
