For some this is an exercise in futility but for others an invaluable opportunity to make themselves heard and hopefully make some changes. Whether you are anti or pro RDR, this is essential viewing. Mark Garnier, Tory MP for Wyre Forest (it is near Kidderminster apparently) is set to open the debate. He and fellow Tory MP Harriett Baldwin have been instrumental in fighting for this debate to be held.
