Peirson hands AXA Financial fund to Sternglass Noble

AXA's Richard Peirson is stepping down as lead manager of the AXA Framlington Financial fund at the start of February.

Peirson manages the UK portion and asset allocation aspect of the portfolio, while AXA's regional managers provide stock ideas in other markets. AXA IM has appointed Susan Sternglass Noble to replace Peirson, who will continue to manage the AXA Framlington Managed Balanced fund. Sternglass Noble joins the group on 4 January from CQS where she managed the long/short portfolio of European financial equities within the CQS Convertible Bond Arbitrage fund.
