Saltus Partners' multi-manager Dan Kemp is finding compelling value in listed alternative investment trusts and is looking to profit from the sector's deep discounts.
Kemp, manager of the £22m Multi Asset Class fund, has doubled its exposure to private equity and REITs from 6% to 12% during the last nine months.
