City Asset Management (CAM) has unveiled the Elite CAM Discretionary Portfolio, an Oeic managed by research director James Calder.
The portfolio will initially be made up of two multi-asset sub funds, either cautious or balanced, with a target return of CPI plus 2% and 4% respectively. The funds will be able to hold a range of assets including include cash, bonds, property, equities, commodities and alternatives. Investors will have access to discretionary risk rated multi-asset portfolios at a lower investment threshold to the norm, in addition to the tax benefits offered by a unitised investment vehicle, the group said.
