Former Gartmore fund manager Sacha Sadan has joined Legal & General Investment Management as director of corporate governance.
Sadan, who previously ran a number of mandates at Gartmore including UK Growth and UK Focus fund - renamed UK Alpha - left the group following the merger with Henderson Global Investors. Sadan will join LGIM in June and report to the chief executive.
