AXA's Reynolds joins Octopus MM team

Octopus Investments has hired Simon Reynolds, an analyst working at AXA subsidiary Ipac, as a member of its multi-manager team.

Reynolds will work alongside fund managers Colin Lunnon and Bish Limbu, assisting in the day to day management of the group's £1.2bn range. Reynolds will assist on the IM Octopus Alternative Strategies and IM Octopus UK Equity funds, as well as the rest of the multi-manager range. Lothar Mentel, Octopus chief investment officer and head of multi-manager, said Reynolds will add research expertise to the team.
