Sarasin & Partners has added an ethical portfolio to its EquiSar range of thematic funds.
The EquiSar Socially Responsible fund will sit within the firm's OEIC range, and will aim to combine capital growth and income through an internationally diversified portfolio. The UCITS vehicle will be biased towards mid- to large-cap companies that match a series of ethical criteria. Head of global equities at the firm, Harry Talbot Rice, will manage the fund to capture long-term worldwide growth trends that are largely independent of single regions or markets.
