Rathbones poaches Newton and Barings directors

Rathbones has further expanded its team of investor directors with the appointment of Peter Anwyl-Harris and James Brennan.

Anwyl-Harris joins from Newton where he managed for portfolios for private clients, trusts and charities. Brennan joins from Barings where he focused on the firm's charity business. Previously he worked for Collins Stewart, CCLA Investment Management, and Coutts, where he managed charity and private client portfolios. Anwyl-Harris and Brennan's appointments follow the hire this week of Peter Lucas, who joined from RBC Wealth management.
