First State Investments' Angus Tulloch is stepping down from position on the board of the Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon trust.
Tulloch joined the board as an independent non-executive director in 2007. He is retiring with immediate effect. Chairman Barry Rose said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Angus for his contribution to the company. He has proved to be challenging and encouraging of the managers and his insightful comments during the course of board meetings will be missed." Tulloch is joint managing partner of the First State Asia Pacific and global emerging markets team.
