JOHCM's Wild: Do not give up on Europe

JO Hambro Capital Management's Paul Wild has urged investors not to give up on Europe as a "grand plan" is on its way.

The manager of the £442m Continental European fund said the region has the "scope to surprise". Although there will be a few casualties, such as the recently bailed out Dexia, he expects a more concrete resolution to come out of the G20 summit in Cannes at the beginning of November. "Help is on its way. The sun has been slow to rise on Europe but I think relative prospects will improve," he said.
