Ex-Witan CEO Clarke joins MAM Funds

Ex-Witan investment trust CEO Robert Clarke has joined MAM Funds in the newly created role of group finance director and director of operations.

Clarke was chief executive of the Witan trust between 2008 and 2010, and previously spent 12 years with Majedie Investments, latterly as CEO. Tony Moore, chief financial officer, and John Graham, chief operating officer, have stepped down from the board and will hand their respective roles to Clarke in 2012. Executive chairman Ian Dighé: "I am delighted to welcome Robert to the board of MAM. He brings vast knowledge and expertise from his profession and has very relevant commercial experience. "His skills will be invaluable as we seek to develop the business."
