City Financial revamps Strategic Global Bond fund

City Financial has overhauled its Strategic Global Bond fund, changing the manager and giving the vehicle a wider investment remit.

Graham Glass of Argyll Investment Services will now run the fund, expanding its investment universe and provide a strategic overlay. Glass will invest in corporate bonds as well sovereign credit, using the Barclays Capital Global Aggregate Total Return index (GBP Hedged) for strategic asset allocation. The fund was previously managed by Mark Astley of Millennium Global Investments.
