Gerardine Davies, former director of property at Aegon Asset Management, has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as head of UK investment management.
Davies will spearhead a push to launch new mandates and products as well as overseeing a recruitment expansion in the coming months. The manager joined Aegon AM along with Phil Clark and David Wise in October 2007 to help establish its property team but left in early 2010. Clark and Wise remain in charge of the property business at Kames Capital, as Aegon AM is now known.
