Sarasin has launched a new share class for its £169m AgriSar equity offering that removes the fund's performance fee but raises its annual management charge.
The group has launched a D share class for the fund featuring a higher AMC of 1.75%, up from the 1.5% charged for the existing A share class. But the D shares will also scrap the fee of 15% of any outperformance of the MSCI World Index that remains in place for the A share class.
