BNY Mellon appoints global head of distribution

BNY Mellon has appointed PeterPaul Pardi as global head of distribution.

Pardi joins from private equity firm Arcapita, where he was executive director, global head of institutional placement. He has previously worked for PIMCO, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays Global Investors. He will be based in London reporting to Curtis Arledge, CEO, and Mitchell Harris, president of BNY Mellon Investment Management. In this new role he will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategies for the distribution, marketing and client service functions, the group said.
