Claire McGuckin has joined Kames Capital's fixed income team as an investment manager working alongside Phil Miburn.
She will focus on the high yield sector, helping to run the Kames High Yield Bond and High Yield Global Bond funds. McGuckin was previously at Legal & General Investment Management, where she was a fund manager and formerly an analyst. Before LGIM, she was an analyst at Fidelity and prior to that she was a credit researcher at ABN Amro’s investment banking division. Kames recently expanded its fixed income team with the appointment of Debbie King, Garvin Peoples and Paul Dilworth in January 2012, as well as Greg Mackay in November and Stephen Snowden in July 2011.
