SWIP's director of real estate Malcolm Naish is to retire at the end of June.
Naish, who joined the business in October 2007, has overseen SWIP's property arm as it grew to $8bn in assets under management. "Knowing that the SWIP real estate business is in excellent shape and in the hands of a strong and highly experienced team has made it possible for me to realise my ambition to take early retirement," said Naish. "The past few years have been both professionally challenging and thoroughly enjoyable.
