Neptune has named Andy Larkin as head of strategic partners as it restructures its sales team following the departure of John Lester.
Lester, whose exit to join a start-up boutique was revealed by Investment Week last month, has been replaced as strategic head by Andy Larkin, who joins from M&G. Larkin will head a five-strong third party team at Neptune and report in to Adam Hughes, who has been named head of UK wholesale. Neptune has also added Ignis's Nick Pogmore and Artemis' Harry Reeves to its sales team. Pogmore becomes intermediary sales manager for the South East and Reeves will focus on the South West, with both reporting to Hughes.
