The computer glitch which has seen NatWest customers unable to access their money for a week could cost RBS chief executive Stephen Hester his bonus, according to reports.
Liberal Democrat peer Lord Oakeshott has publicly called for Hester to be denied his bonus, and said it is arguable whether he should remain as chief executive of the bank.
